Postpartum home support in Geneva, Nyon & La Côte

My name is Isabel Roulet. I support families in Geneva, Nyon and the La Côte region during the first weeks after birth, as a certified postpartum doula, with presence, support and gentleness – so that everyone can find their place, at their own pace.
My storyThe postpartum period is a time of profound transformation – physical, emotional and identity-based. SLOW MAMA offers gentle, respectful postnatal support centered on the mother-baby bond.

A heartfelt thank you to Isa for these moments of gentleness and deep care. What she offers is an invaluable gift: time. Thanks to her, I was truly able to slow down. Those precious first weeks with my newborn were filled with calm, tenderness, and love.

Your questions
What mothers most often ask me.
Yes absolutely. I can step in as soon as you return home. However, a prenatal meeting is ideal to build trust and tailor my support to your needs before baby arrives.
I offer home visits between Geneva and Morges, including Nyon and the La Côte region. Travel feasibility will be confirmed during our first call.
It is even strongly encouraged. You can sleep, take a long shower, close your eyes, or simply chat over a warm tea. This breathing space is precisely what I come to create for you.

I share glimpses of my daily life as a postpartum doula, along with reflections on postpartum and motherhood.

If I had to go through postpartum again, this is what I would think of… ✨ REST, nervous system regulation, finding my village, clear roles, bodywork, support, preparation, nourishment & warmth.
