Why I support mothers after birth
My own postpartum showed me how essential support for mothers is.
Hello! My name is Isabel and I live in Nyon. I am the mother of a little boy, whose birth profoundly transformed my life.
For more than ten years, I have been supporting children and their families, with particular attention to the development of babies. I trained as a Montessori educator for children from 0 to 3 years old, and worked for years in Montessori schools.
It was following my own postpartum that something became clear to me. I then understood how much I cared about supporting parents during this sensitive phase, in order to offer them a postpartum that is gentler, more supported and more serene.

Since then, I have enriched my journey through specialized training in postnatal home support, newborn care and breastfeeding, notably with an IBCLC consultant. I have also deepened my knowledge around the sleep of the very young, in order to support families in a holistic way that is adjusted to their reality.
My approach is holistic, gentle and deeply respectful. I am particularly interested in body care and natural approaches that support recovery, calming and bonding. It is in this continuity that I am currently training in foot reflexology, with a specialization in perinatality, convinced of the power of touch to support the great transitions of life.
Training and certifications
My support is based on more than ten years of experience with children and families, as well as on the following trainings:

- Postnatal Companion Certification Le Mois d'Or (in progress)

My mission
During a time of profound transformation, I bring the focus back to what truly matters: presence and respect for each family's own rhythm. For families used to a fast-paced lifestyle, I help ease the transition into parenthood by creating space to slow down, rest, and recover more deeply. For those longing for a gentle and nurturing cocoon, I become a steady and caring presence throughout the postpartum journey.
My support is practical, personalized, and rooted in your own choices and values. By helping create the conditions for a softer, more supported postpartum, I allow mothers to recover both physically and emotionally, so that bonds can grow in trust, connection, and serenity.

Imagine...
Imagine a morning without logistics, where your only role is to soak in those precious moments with your newborn, without the pressure of "managing the house." I take care of the rest. I help create the space needed to truly slow down, so your recovery doesn't become another challenge to overcome, but a gentler and more supported transition. I am there to soften the noise of the outside world and allow you to recharge — physically and emotionally — so you can gradually regain your energy with a renewed sense of calm and balance.
No matter your starting point...
My mission remains the same: to offer you practical, compassionate support. Whether you need a helping hand to ease into a slower rhythm, or a gentle presence to protect and nurture your cocoon, I adapt to your family's unique reality.
« The postpartum period is a key moment in a woman's health. The way a mother is supported today can influence her well-being for years to come. »
