After discussing your needs, eating habits and any preferences, I send you a personalized shopping list and come to cook nourishing, comforting and postpartum-adapted meals directly at your home.
Inspired by ayurvedic cuisine and postnatal recovery principles, this approach focuses on warm, digestible and nutrient-rich dishes to support rest, recovery and the daily life of new parents.
How does it work?

We choose together the dishes you fancy, according to your tastes, needs and situation.
I send the list
You receive the shopping list so everything is ready on the day.
I cook at your home
I come to your home to cook the selected dishes, in a warm and stress-free atmosphere.
